Dr. Denaye Barahona is a loving wife and mama of two. She is a motherhood coach who partners with women to tackle the challenges of raising children. Denaye is a minimalist who claims to be a decluttering expert (don't let her near your closet). She loves to travel, talk health-and-wellness, and give unsolicited advice. She is a top contributor for the Today Show Parenting Team. Denaye holds a Ph.D. in Child Development and is a Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in child and family practice.


This is a simple, step-by-step online program that includes:

  • Systematic 4-step approach to lighten the load of parenthood
  • Supportive community and live interaction with Denaye (Facebook not required)
  • Accountability + discussion through a private community group

When does the course start and finish?
The core program content will be delivered over the first week (March 14 to 22, 2019) and live participation is encouraged when possible. The private community group will be open to provide support for 30 days for those who choose to take the content at their own pace. However, the core program material will be available forever--you really decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. The core content will be delivered over a period of seven days, but the private community group will be open for 30 days.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact Denaye (denaye@simplefamilies.com) before March 28th, 2019 to request a refund. To receive a refund, you will need to demonstrate that you consumed the course content and participated in all four steps of the program.
Is this program a replacement for mental health therapy?
Past participants have reported significant gains in their mental well-being. However, this program is not a replacement for mental health therapy or medical interventions. If you are at risk of hurting yourself or someone else, please seek immediate medical attention.
